As adults in ministry since 1988, we are reminded that our work for God easily eclipses our life in God. When we get caught up in activity for God, losing sight of our life in Him, our attentiveness and responsiveness to the subtle urgings of the Spirit take a back seat in even the best intentioned leader.

We are not teaching anything new, we only intend to come along side leaders where they live pouring life into them just as they pour their lives into others. In the end, our lives are not measured by what we accomplish for the Lord but how well we know Him (Jn. 17:3).

Family Background:

As the children of parents in ministry (David's father was a pastor, and Jeanni's were overseas Christian workers), we observed first-hand the rigors of ministry life and the toll it takes on individuals and families.
