Directions in Detail

From the West (Airport or Hang Dong Road)

  1. Take Highway 1141 (often called Super Highway, Mahidol or Airport Road) to Highway 11 Junction (still often called Super Highway) and go North on Highway 11 (toward Carrefour).
  2. Stay in the left lane (frontage) and approximately 100m past the Mitsubishi Motors, turn at the first Soi on the left. Look for our white sign “The Well”. There is also a sign for the Baan Khun hotel. This soi is 50m before the Big C tunnel. It is sometimes hard to see the sign because of vehicles parked along the road, so drive slowly.
  3. Go one block and turn right just before the first house. Follow the sign directing you to The Well.

From the South on Highway 11 (often called Super Highway or Chiang Mai—Lampang Road)

  1. This is the best way to come from World Club or Koolpunt areas by the “Ring Road”.
  2. Driving North on the Super Highway from the “Ring Road” it is essential that you stay in the left lanes – frontage road but not in the lane for Highway 1141.
  3. After passing under Highway 1141 (Mahidol – Airport Rd), stay in the left lane (frontage) and approximately 100m past the Mitsubishi Motors, turn at the first Soi on the left. Look for our white sign “The Well”. There is also a sign for the Baan Khun hotel. This soi is 50m before the Big C tunnel.   4. Go one block and turn right just before the first house. Follow the sign directing you to The Well.


From the North: On Super Highway 11 (from the Bus Terminal, Mae Rim Rd, San Kampaeng, Carrefour, etc.).

  1. Get into the left frontage road lanes right after the underpass by Makro (San Kampaeng Road).
  2. If coming from San Kampaeng Road (also known as Charoen Muang) get in the frontage road (left lanes) as you turn South on Highway 11.
  3. Stay in the frontage lanes past Big C and exit to the Airport on Airport Rd (also called Mahidol and Highway 1141). This will loop around and head west on Highway 1141 toward the airport.
  4. Get off at the first U-turn (green traffic signs indicate this will go back to San Kampaeng) to head back East.
  5. From Highway 1141 turn left onto Super Highway 11 and follow directions above for coming from the West (starting at #2).

If you miss the Soi to The Well, you can go through the Big C Tunnel/Turn-Around and then come out on Highway 11 going South. Stay in the left lanes and take the turn off to the Airport and use the directions above “From the North”
The sign on The Well building says “Mulaniti Kijkandee.” Parking is inside the gate or along the roads near the gate.
